3. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made as outlined in the respective agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Refund Policy

Inbound Producers Marketing is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

Strategy & Consulting Services: Due to the nature of strategic planning, payments for consulting and strategy services are non-refundable.

Marketing Campaigns: If a campaign has not been launched, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.

Website Design & Development: Refunds are available only if the project has not entered the design phase. Once the project has started, all payments are final.

Subscription Services: Monthly services, such as content marketing or social media management, may be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, text, and software, is the property of Inbound Producers Marketing unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inbound Producers Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
