MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Stephen Palmer

Stephen Palmer started his journey in inbound marketing back in 2004 while still in college. What began as a blog and email list soon grew into something much more. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a window cleaning business that same year. With no budget for paid advertising, he taught himself inbound marketing out of necessity.

This hands-on experience proved invaluable. Unlike learning marketing theory in the classroom, Stephen had to make it work for his own business. There was no room for excuses—only results mattered. This results-first mindset has shaped his approach ever since.

Over the past 20 years, Stephen has authored, co-authored, ghostwritten, or substantially edited 40 books, including multiple bestsellers. His breakthrough came when he wrote Killing Sacred Cows: Crush Money Myths and Live Your Richest Life for financial expert Garrett Gunderson. The book became a bestseller across major platforms including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Businessweek, and Amazon. Since then, he has ghostwritten or substantially edited seven more books on personal finance and worked with numerous financial services clients.

Stephen's true passion lies in learning and teaching. He excels at diving deep into complex subjects and translating them for broader audiences. This skill serves as the foundation of his work with clients. He gets inside their minds to understand their message, then shares it with the world in a way that drives business results.

As an entrepreneur himself, Stephen approaches marketing differently than traditional agencies. He views every project through the lens of a business owner. His recommendations come from two decades of proven experience building his own successful ventures. When he advises clients, he's sharing strategies he has personally tested and validated.

The most valuable lesson he's learned in his career? "No one gives a shit about you." While it sounds harsh, this insight is actually empowering. It means focusing entirely on solving your prospects' problems and helping them achieve their goals. This core principle drives every marketing strategy he develops.

Stephen brings this philosophy to life in his newest venture, Surfskate Love. Having fallen in love with surfskating (a form of skateboarding that emulates surfing) during COVID in 2020, he built a thriving business and YouTube channel using his inbound marketing expertise. The channel helps people choose their surfskate, learn to ride, and maintain their equipment.

A family man at heart, Stephen has four children: a 24-year-old son and three daughters aged 19, 17, and 15. He's also a proud grandfather to two granddaughters, Blakely (5) and Noa (2).

Stephen is happiest when working with engaged clients who share his passion for education and results. He believes that when business owners are truly invested in their marketing success, amazing things happen. His mission is to help clients build automated marketing systems that generate leads and sales around the clock—creating true leverage in their businesses.

In 2008, Stephen moved his family to Austin, Texas to be personally mentored by Roy H. Williams, the legendary ad writer and founder of the world-famous Wizard Academy. He spent four-and-a-half years under Roy's tutelage and also became a faculty member of Wizard Academy.

MEET THE Graphic Designer & Website Developer

Liberty Palmer

Liberty started her career in digital marketing unwittingly at the age of 16 when her father (Stephen) roped her into being his videographer for his YouTube channel.

Since then, she has also become his video editor, graphic designer, and website developer.

Liberty is happiest when she is "making things look pretty." When she's not doing that, she's playing pickleball with her boyfriend Braden.
